Letters and Mailmerge
FinPlan harnesses the power of the Microsoft Word wordprocessor to allow
standard letters to be generated automatically. Your compliance officer can
approve standard letters for the system or specially formatted letter layouts.
One click on the tool bar can generate a standard letter for your client
complete with an automatic reference; you can then use the many features
of Word to add or amend details before printing and filing the letter.
Complex selection criteria can be used to analyse your client data and produce
mailing lists that can be exploited to perform targeted mailings with personalised
letters.
FinPlan will automatically build a history of all letters generated to your
clients along with 'read-only' copies so that you will always have on hand
a copy of all correspondence. If your administrator generates a letter you
can view that too so that you are always fully aware of each client's current
position.
Letters can be emailed to a client at the press of a button.
